For ATO's

We will soon begin the process of obtaining EASA (BCAA) approval for our B737-MAX simulator as being an Independent FSTD Operator. Hence, we plan to partner with an Approved Training Organisation (ATO) to deliver a comprehensive range of training programmes, including JOC, MCC, and APS MCC courses.

Looking for a competitive MCC & APS MCC solution in Belgium?

As part of this cooperation, we provide a fully equipped classroom, briefing room, toilet facilities, and a dedicated coffee corner at your disposal, allowing you to deliver your training in a professional and comfortable environment.

With 24/7 access to the training facility, you can enjoy maximum flexibility and optimize your training schedules to suit your operational needs.

Are you an ATO Accountable Manager looking to offer MCC and APS MCC training under your own procedures, while maintaining highly competitive rates? If you are interested in discussing a cost-effective and professional partnership, we would be happy to hear from you.

Feel free to contact us to explore the possibilities.

For Airlines

Use your own instructors, training programmes, and operational procedures. A dry lease is ideal for operators seeking full control over instructional delivery and training standards.

We welcome enquiries from airlines interested in leasing the simulator for pilot assessments, airline preparation, and recurrent training.

KEY FEATURES

Software

The simulation software used in the Flight Training Device (FTD) provides the system functionality and accuracy to ensure the high fidelity demanded from modern flight training devices.

Automated Lesson Plans

The FTD includes modules in the Instructor Operator Station (IOS) that supports the creation of lesson plans (snapshots), allowing for direct utilization of a particular flight phase or exercise and is completely customizable by the instructor. This reduces lesson set-up time allowing multiple lessons in a single session in a minimum amount of time.

Multi-Modal Learning

The fidelity of the simulation, coupled with the broad scope of the systems replicated, provides the flight training department with a quality training device that can supplement other FTD and/or FFS-based training.

Full Control Loading

The simulator's flight controls are actively force-loaded, rather than relying only on springs or mechanical resistance, usually used in other similar FTD's.

For the pilot, this provides:

  • Yoke force feedback — the yoke resists movement with aircraft-like forces.

  • Pitch and roll loading — control forces change as the simulated aircraft state changes.

  • Variable control forces — rather than one constant resistance throughout the yoke movement.

  • Rudder pedal loading — appropriate resistance/feel provided to the pedals.

  • Control-force changes associated with flight conditions — the objective is to reproduce the changing “feel” of the aircraft rather than just its physical geometry.

  • Stick-shaker functionality — the simulator specifically lists real B737 stick shakers among its control-dynamics features.

Full Free-Play simulation environment

The virtual environment provided by the simulator and its software allows the student to experience the functionality and operation of the avionics systems, complete with malfunctions, in a totally free-play environment.

Instructional Applications

A highlight of the simulator is the quality of training events that can be accomplished using its fully immersive free-play capabilities.

A large variety of training scenarios can be accomplished using the FTD including:

  • Initial manual flight

  • Systems introduction and assimilation

  • Normal procedures – introduction, practice and

    proficiency

  • Non-normal procedures – introduction, practice

    and proficiency

  • FMS training

  • CRM training

  • Remedial training

  • Multi Crew Cooperation (MCC) - after EASA certification

  • Airline Pilot Standards (APS) - after EASA certification
